This is a portrait of the lovely Aiko, my favorite (in case you hadn't guessed) 3-D model. I spent an entire day getting everything to look just right (I had nothing to do on Saturday, what can I say?) Anyways, I was going for subtle confusion, though I'm not sure how well that came off... Nonetheless, it's a good render and thus, I will share it with you! The backdrop is my own work in Artizen, I was just playing around with some of the tools and this is what came out. Fun!
I am the owner of this artwork. Please do not use or alter it in any way shape or form without my express permission. To do so is considered stealing and is illegal. This includes using the piece for stock art in your own artwork, as an avatar on this or any other site, or posting the picture elsewhere and claiming it as your own.
well, we could get into semantics here. lack of epicanthic fold, greater height then the average asian, that she wasn't marketed as asian "out of the box", and that 3d meshes generally lack a national sense of identity.
take it in jest.

But I always thought of her as Asian being as she's anime, which originated in Japan. I must say though, it's nice to have a debate with someone with more than the required level of intelligence, even if it's a silly one.

DeviantART has partnered with FAIR to help promote equality through The Love Unites Shepard Fairey Equality Project. We're asking deviants to align themselves with this cause and have their work judged by Shepard Fairey himself!
For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Deviousness Award is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one trully outstanding deviant. `Cyantre is one of the most helpful deviants within our community. i see that this render suffers from the glowing nostril syndrome. dialing down the diffuse for the nostril on the surfaces palette eliminates that.
other than that, a nice portrait.
